Popular Questions

  • What types of services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of mental health services across two main categories:

Psychiatry — including initial mental health assessments, psychiatric follow-up sessions (30 or 45 minutes), and home visits.

Psychotherapy — including individual therapy sessions, session packages, art therapy, couples therapy, and parenting therapy. Sessions are delivered by a team of 25+ licensed specialists and are available both in-person and online.

All services are offered in Arabic and English and are fully confidential.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

You can book an appointment in two ways:

    • Online — through our booking system directly on our website. You can browse available specialists and choose a time that suits you, with the option to select either an in-person or online session.
    • By phone — call or WhatsApp us at +962 79 123 3336 and our team will assist you with scheduling.

Our clinic is open Saturday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

  • Are online sessions as effective as in-person sessions?

Yes, online therapy sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Our licensed therapists and psychiatrists use secured platforms to ensure confidentiality and provide the same level of care and attention as you would receive in person.

  • Do you accept insurance?

We do not currently work directly with insurance providers. However, we can issue official invoices that you may submit to your insurance company if your plan covers mental health services. We recommend checking with your provider beforehand to confirm your coverage.

  • What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your first appointment is an initial mental health assessment lasting 60 minutes. Before your session begins, you’ll receive a digital consent form to sign, and other related forms that help the team with the diagnosis. The session itself is a confidential conversation with one of our specialists to understand your concerns, personal background, and what you’re hoping to get from treatment. There’s no pressure — you won’t be expected to have all the answers. By the end, your specialist will discuss next steps and recommend a care plan tailored to your needs.
