Layla Tarabishi is a Clinical Psychologist at Mind Clinic. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the American University of Beirut in 2022 and is obtained her master’s in clinical psychology from the University of Southampton in 2024. Layla holds a Graduate Membership in the British Psychological Society (GMBPSS).
She has completed specialized training in DBT skills (Introduction, 2022) from DBT MENA and is certified in Psychological First Aid (2021) from Johns Hopkins University. Layla has experience working with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, adjustment disorder, anger issues, interpersonal difficulties, and parenting. She provides her services to teens and adults. Layla utilizes therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in both Arabic and English.
