Services & Appointments

We provide mental health, psychiatric, psychological, and assessment services in line with recognised professional standards. Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled per clinic policy. Arriving on time is the patient’s or guardian’s responsibility. Repeated lateness may affect your slot or fees.

Cancellations & Fees

Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur fees per clinic policy. Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless stated otherwise. Payment details are provided at booking or in clinic.

Online Purchases & Events

When you purchase services or register for events (such as webinars or workshops) through the website, the transaction is subject to the payment terms shown at checkout. Some events may use third-party platforms; you are responsible for ensuring your details are correct and reading any additional event terms.

Confidentiality & Records

Online Sessions

For remote sessions, you are responsible for a secure connection and a private environment. We cannot guarantee that technology platforms will be free from interruption; contact our team promptly if technical issues occur. Sessions are not recorded without prior explicit consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith before referral to competent authorities in Amman, Jordan.
